Discover — We start with your numbers, not your brief
Analytics, the funnel, the theme, and a conversation about what the business actually needs. Half the time the thing you came to us for is not the thing costing you the most.
About
A Shopify studio for founder-led brands. Fixed price agreed before we start, a named person who answers the same day, and work that keeps earning after launch.
WebsitesPixel started the way most studios do: one person, a laptop, and a client who needed a store that actually sold something. It has grown since — more than 150 Shopify stores, and a public rating of 5.0 across 52 verified reviews on our Shopify Partner profile — but the shape of the work has not changed much.
We build for founder-led brands. Hair and beauty, apparel, textiles, print, wellness. People who are running the business and the store at the same time, and who cannot afford a six-month engagement or an agency that disappears between invoices.
That is a specific customer, and it makes us a specific kind of studio. We are not trying to win awards for a brand with a nine-figure marketing budget. We are trying to build the store that takes a business from its first thousand orders to its first million in revenue — and then keep improving it.
The reason we exist is simpler than a mission statement. Most small ecommerce brands are sold either a cheap template that never converts, or an expensive rebuild they do not need yet. There is very little in between that is honest about which one you actually need. We wanted to be that.
Our mission
Beautiful is the minimum. We are hired to move a number — conversion, average order value, the time it takes you to publish a page — and we would rather be judged on that than on how the homepage looks in a portfolio.
Seven stages. You know at every point what is happening, what you owe us, and when it goes live.
Analytics, the funnel, the theme, and a conversation about what the business actually needs. Half the time the thing you came to us for is not the thing costing you the most.
What buyers in your category expect, where the competition is weak, and what your own visitors already do on the site you have.
One document: what we are building, what it costs, when it goes live, and what is explicitly out of scope. Agreed before any design happens.
We work out what the page has to persuade someone of, then design that. Two rounds of feedback, in a prototype you can click through.
Built into the theme rather than bolted on with a $29-a-month app you will forget about. Staging store updated daily so nothing is a surprise.
Cutover at your quietest hour, monitored for 48 hours, with a way back if anything looks wrong. You spend about thirty minutes on it.
Conversion experiments with written hypotheses, speed held to a budget month to month, and a report that says what we tried and what it did.
Every number here is checkable on our public Shopify Partner profile or in the client's own words.
“From scratch to now I’m making $10K a month revenue.”

The reviews that matter most to us are the boring ones — “responsive”, “fixed right away”, “exactly as required”. Those are the ones that say what it is like to work with us for six weeks. See the work →
Before a line of Liquid
Every section has to justify itself: what is it persuading someone of, and what happens to the sale if it is not there. Most of what gets proposed does not survive that question, which is the point — it is far cheaper to delete a section in review than in production.
WebsitesPixel was founded in 2026. Our team has been building Shopify stores since 2020 — five years of client work across beauty, apparel and DTC — now under our own name.
Small on purpose. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, and you talk to them directly — there is no account manager relaying messages between you and whoever is actually writing the Liquid.
Design, front-end, Shopify development and conversion work sit in one room, so the argument about whether something is worth building happens before it gets built rather than after.
Two of our public reviews thank “Div” by name. That is the point — you get a person, not a ticket queue.
Six of these, and we will hold ourselves to them on your project.
There is always a faster way to make something look finished. We do not take it, because the store has to still be working in eighteen months when someone else is editing it.
We design the argument before the interface. If we cannot explain why a section exists, it does not get built.
If your idea will not work we say so on the call, not three weeks later in an invoice. If we are not the right fit we tell you that too.
A launch is the start of the work, not the end of it. The stores that grow are the ones that keep getting changed.
Most of our work comes from clients who came back. That only happens if the first project was honest about what it would and would not do.
Your customer does not care about your brand guidelines. They came to buy something. Everything else serves that.
We do not also build WordPress sites. 150+ stores means we have already solved your problem once.
Our pricing is on the site. You know before the call whether we are in your range.
Same-day replies from whoever is doing the work. Our reviews say this more than anything else.
Code, design files, accounts. No lock-in and nothing you keep paying us to keep using.
We design the argument before the interface. Pretty is the minimum, not the deliverable.
Your team publishes pages without calling us. That is a design decision, not an afterthought.
Launch is the start. Growth work is a product, not an upsell we spring on you afterwards.
If a premium theme would serve you better right now, we will tell you on the call.
Thirty minutes. We look at what you have, tell you the three things costing you the most revenue, and you decide whether you want us to fix them.
