New Store Design & Build
Built to convert from the first visit.
WebsitesPixel offers eight Shopify services: new store design, migration, conversion optimization, speed, SEO, email and retention, AI automation, and ongoing store care. Every project has a fixed price agreed before work starts and one named person you message directly. Typical projects run from $3,500 to $15,000.
Most of our work is with founder-led beauty, hair and skincare brands in the US, doing somewhere between $10k and $500k a month. That is not a restriction — we build for other categories too — it is just where we have done this most often, and it is why our conversion work tends to land faster in those verticals.

Eight disciplines, described in plain terms. Every one of them is a fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts.
A store built from scratch, designed around how people actually buy rather than around what looks good in a portfolio. Six to eight weeks, typically. You get design, development, product setup, speed work and launch, at a price fixed in writing before we start. Most clients come to us either pre-launch or after outgrowing a $200 theme they bought in a hurry.
Moving off WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce is mostly a data and redirect problem wearing a design costume. Products, customers, order history and — the part agencies get wrong — the redirect map, which we build first and test on staging before anything goes live. We then watch your rankings for 90 days afterwards, because that is when migrations actually fail.
Most stores do not have a traffic problem. They have a conversion problem, and it is considerably cheaper to fix. We audit the funnel, watch real sessions, rank every hypothesis by the revenue it would return, then test the top ones properly instead of shipping opinions. You get a ranked list whether or not you hire us to implement it.
Google is no longer the only thing answering your customers’ questions. We fix the technical foundations, restructure collection pages so they can rank at all, and build content designed to be cited by AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity rather than buried on page four. Static, crawlable, quotable — the three things most agency-built stores are not.
Faster stores sell more. That is the whole argument, and it is measurable. We audit which apps are actually earning their load time, rebuild the image pipeline, remove render-blocking scripts and cut theme bloat. Then we show you the before and after in two numbers: load time on a real phone, and conversion rate over the following month.
What if the boring half of running your store just did itself? Order routing, support triage, product data enrichment, reporting that builds itself overnight. We automate on the stack you already use, so there is no new platform to learn and nothing to unpick later if you change your mind. Most clients start with one workflow and expand.
The cheapest revenue in your business is the customers you have already paid for. Klaviyo welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback flows, built and tested rather than switched on and forgotten. You get a monthly report showing what each flow actually earned, not a screenshot of an open rate.
Theme updates, speed monitoring, app conflict fixes, and a monthly improvement that is actually shipped rather than proposed. Plus a named developer who replies the same working day. This exists because the expensive Shopify problems are almost never sudden — they are the small ones nobody caught in March, surfacing during Black Friday.
That is the normal state of affairs, and it is what the free teardown is for. Send us your store URL and we will tell you — in writing, within three working days — what is actually costing you sales and which of these eight things would fix it. If the answer is “none of them, your problem is elsewhere”, we will tell you that too.
