Yes. It takes us a couple of hours and it is how we decide whether we are a good fit for each other. Plenty of people take the audit and fix things themselves.
Is it automated?
No. Automated scores tell you your images are large. A person goes through the store and tells you which specific decisions are costing you orders.
Do I need to give you access?
Not for the audit. The public storefront is enough. If you want the analytics section to be specific, read-only GA4 access helps, but it is optional.
What happens afterwards?
You get the walkthrough and the list. If you want us to fix it we will quote it. If you do not, that is genuinely fine and you will not be chased.
