01 The situation
Aesthetics is a trust purchase. A client is letting someone work on their face, so the site has to do the reassuring long before the booking form appears.
The brief was a complete front end for the studio: treatments, prices, questions answered, and a booking path that is never more than one click away.
02 What we focused on
Prices published
A treatments menu with the prices on it. In aesthetics, hiding the price is the fastest way to lose an enquiry to the studio down the road that shows theirs.
Questions answered before they are asked
A dedicated FAQ section, because permanent makeup carries real anxieties — healing, pain, how long it lasts — and unanswered anxiety does not book.
